Where do you ship from?

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we currently don't offer international shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders take about 3 to 7 days.
Time extends during holidays. Please allow this time to pass before contacting us about late mail.

How do you ship your items?
- Keychains are sent in bubble poly mailers.
- Stickers are sent in small rigid mailers. If stickers are ordered along with keychains, they will be sent together in the bubble mailers.
- 12x18 prints are sent in stay-flat mailers. Prints will have extra cardboard to prevent bending.
- Posters (24x16in and 36x24in) are sent in poster mailing tubes.
For more protection, all items are in clear plastic sleeves as well.

*Tracking will be included for all orders

I'd like to cancel my order. 
As long as the order has not shipped yet, I'm happy to refund the order.

What is your return and exchange policy?
All orders are final; no returns/exchanges. However, if your order has not been shipped yet, I can issue a refund. For damaged items, please refer to the question below.

My purchase was damaged in the mail. What should I do?
Please email me ASAP at [email protected] with some pictures of the damaged item AND the damaged packaging. We can work something out.

My order hasn't arrived yet!
Unfortunately, I don't have any control over a package after it has been dropped off at the post office. If you've waited over 2-4 weeks for your package and it still hasn't arrived, please contact your local post office. If the tracking tells me that the item(s) has been delivered, then sorry I can't help.
